INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note: although worldwide First Class is very inexpensive, there is no tracking. Packages can sometimes be quick, (6-10 days) but there is no guarantee, and sometimes they can take up to 6 weeks!
Since there is no tracking for first class, the Post Office can not investigate if your international package gets lost. (and neither can we!)
And so, we can not guarantee that you will receive a first class package!
Because of this, for expensive packages, we recommend using U.S Postal Priority.
***

For U.S postal priority, please check your tracking information. Once your package clears
customs and goes to your local post office, it is up to you to contact them if you do not receive your package. Sometimes the local post office will hold your package instead of delivering it.  They will leave a notice at your address (which you may or may not see), but once this happens, they are not responsible for guaranteeing that you receive your package, and we can not be responsible for it either. I'm so sorry that international shipping has problems!

***

When we ship your package, we email you your tracking number. You can also see
your tracking number when you log into your account. It is your responsibility to make sure
that your local post office is not trying to contact you about your package.

Custom regulations and taxes can be different for every country.
You may or may not have to pay customs taxes, and we recommend checking with your local post office about the procedures in your country.
We use the tariff number 3302.10.1000on our shipping documents.
***********  Before using UPS or Fedex, please make sure you find out any information about "brokerage fees" by contacting your local office
